It is true that with each new member, we gain even more representation and bargaining power against the institutions which gets us all closer to achieving the long-awaited “Holiday Rental” regulation. But to manage this force and bring it to fruition an efficient and hardworking team is necessary. And this is where the greatest value and advantage of members lies. Our team has proven beyond any doubt their commitment and absolute dedication, having obtained proven results.

Once we achieve the tourism regulation, our Association aims to offer all its members throughout the 7 islands a wide range of advantages to optimize and streamline all aspects related to the daily activity of managing Holiday Rentals, and thus continue to contribute in strengthening the economy overall for our islands and their inhabitants.

Among the array of these advantages, proposals and agreements, we already have in place agreements for home insurance, alarm systems, anti-pest treatment, fire protection, first aid kits, technical architectural services and web development, electronic access systems, etc.
